Staff + Software Security Engineer, Secure Frameworks

What you’d do

Design, build and run security foundations across Anthropic's fleet, including cryptographic frameworks, mTLS, secure serialization and authorization systems, from threat modeling through production and on-call. You’ll need

• 8+ years software engineering experience
• Security-relevant production systems experience
• Strong programming in Go, Rust or Python
• Auth systems: OAuth 2.0/OIDC, JWTs, service-to-service auth
• Policy-based access control
