What you’d do

Review executed commercial real estate loan documents, validate terms against the approved credit memo, and verify KYC and beneficial ownership. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in finance, business, paralegal studies, or related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in commercial lending operations, loan boarding, administration, closing, or documentation
• Legal document review and discrepancy identification
• KYC and BSA/AML compliance knowledge
• nCino and core servicing systems
