What you’d do

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial building, monitor building automation systems, and complete work orders. You’ll need

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Tennessee Driver's License
• 4–6 years commercial building engineering or facilities maintenance experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building automation systems
• After-hours or on-call availability
