What you’d do

Review inpatient medical records concurrently and retrospectively to evaluate documentation and utilization of acute care services. Facilitate accurate physician documentation of severity of illness and quality, working with physicians, health information management professionals, and nursing staff. Full time. • 2+ years direct patient care in acute care setting or 3+ years inpatient coding experience
