What you’d do

Oversees inpatient coding workflow and productivity, including DRG assignment and validation, and leads staff through hiring, evaluation and termination. You’ll need

• 2 years inpatient coding lead, auditor, or trainer experience
• Working knowledge of hospital inpatient charging and billing
• DRG assignment and validation experience
• Leadership and staff supervision skills
