Verify enrollment status, update member records, and resolve enrollment questions. Maintain enrollment databases and coordinate data transfers. You’ll need

• 1+ years customer service experience
• 1+ years data entry experience
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
