Lead the site's automation engineering program, mentoring engineers and apprentices while designing and troubleshooting PLC-based control systems and industrial networks. • Bachelor's in computer science, electrical, or automation engineering, or equivalent
• 3+ years equivalent professional experience in lieu of degree
• 5+ years PLC-controlled automation experience
• Ladder Logic and structured programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Codesys)
• Issue diagnosis in production environments
