Senior Applied Scientist, AWS Neuron Science - Core Algorithm

What you’d do

Own applied science problems end to end, from research and experimentation to production impact, and write production-quality PyTorch or JAX code integrated into large-scale training and inference systems. Partner with foundation-model, engineering, and hardware teams on Trainium, mentor scientists and interns, and publish at venues like ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, and MLSys. You’ll need

• PhD, or Master's plus 6+ years applied research experience
• Programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
• 3+ years building machine learning models for business applications
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
