• Qualified to operate at least one type of specialized heavy equipment
• Drives trucks and trailer rigs, including tandem dump trucks
• Performs preventive and minor equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of TMUTCD provisions
• Use of surveyor's level to maintain elevation grades
