Medical assistant in a gastroenterology practice, preparing patients, taking vitals, performing EKGs, drawing blood, giving injections and immunizations, running point-of-care tests, and handling administrative duties. • High school diploma or GED
• Completion of accredited MA program and externship, or EMT/Paramedic program
• Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred
• Vital signs, EKG, blood draw and injection skills
