What you’d do

Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to home health clients as part of a multidisciplinary team. Duties include head-to-toe assessments, wound care, IV therapy, medication reconciliation, and independent triage of urgent situations in patients' homes. You’ll need

• Current Arizona nursing license in good standing
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Medicare Certified Home Health and OASIS experience preferred
• Acute and post-acute care experience
• Strong head-to-toe assessment skills
