What you’d do

Verify patient insurance and collect demographic and financial information for hospital accounts, working with families, clinical staff, and insurers. • 1 year healthcare or related clerical, accounting, or customer service experience
• College degree
• 1 year of experience in registration
• Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR) or Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
