Conduct interviews with defendants, research charges and criminal history, consult with relevant personnel on bond issues, advise clients on hearings and rights, and represent defendants at magistration available 24/7. You’ll need

• Doctorate of Jurisprudence
• Knowledge of criminal defense procedures
• Knowledge of Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 15.17 and Chapter 17 Bail
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Full-time schedule
