You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, Chemical or Environmental Engineering or related
• 10+ years air quality permitting and regulatory compliance experience
• Experience with air dispersion modeling and environmental consulting
• Project management including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
• Client relationship and business development skills
