You’ll need

• Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• State licensure as Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum 2 years hospice, home health, or community health experience in last 5 years
• Ability to assist in lifting and transferring patients
• Ability to lift objects over 20 pounds
