What you’d do

Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. patent applications before the USPTO and manage a global patent portfolio through outside counsel. You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or related scientific/technical field
• Minimum 3 years of patent prosecution and portfolio management experience
• USPTO patent application drafting and prosecution
• Prior art, FTO, and patent landscape analysis
• Small molecule chemistry knowledge (stereochemistry, salt forms, polymorphs)
