What you’d do

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible within 1 year
• Completed or enrolled in accredited Family Medicine residency
• Practiced at least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
