Develops and improves the Respiratory Therapy training program using Training Within Industry and Job Instruction methods, and trains managers and supervisors to deliver one-on-one training. • Bachelor's in Respiratory Care or related field
• 5+ years in critical care and/or leadership
• Master's in Business or a health profession
• Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ)
• Job Relations and Job Methods Certification
