Guide cancer patients and families through treatment, connecting them with nutrition, social services, integrative medicine, or psycho-oncology and documenting each encounter. • Oncology Navigator Certified Generalist certification within 1 year of hire
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred
• 3-5 years in patient/healthcare relations or human services preferred
