Customer Support Engineer

What you’d do

Provide customer support by troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in electronics, RF, mechanical, vacuum, and plasma processing equipment. You’ll need

• Master's degree or Bachelor's with 2 years related experience
• Knowledge of electronics, RF theory, mechanical engineering, vacuum technology
• Troubleshooting RF, Pneumatic, Vacuum, Electronic, PLC, DeviceNet, Computer issues
• Working knowledge of MS DOS, Windows, MS Office
• Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills
