Field Reliability Technician

What you’d do

Analyze failed hardware returned from the field: open units, run tests, and help engineers determine what broke and why. Findings feed into design, firmware, and production line changes. You’ll need

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree or higher preferred in Engineering Technology or related
• Experience in engineering or technical environment
• Hands-on design, testing, and assembly support experience
• Experience with multimeters and power supplies
