What you’d do

Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries, handling calls and ServiceNow tickets from employees, managers, and retirees. • Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Communications
• 1+ year HR Service Center or comparable experience
• Or 3 years combined education/work experience with 1 year HR experience
• HRIS system navigation
