Build and analyze financial models for commercial real estate transactions, including development models and waterfall/JV promote structures, and prepare investment advisory and financing packages for industrial properties. • Bachelor's in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related
• 2-3+ years commercial real estate underwriting experience
• Financial modeling and underwriting skills
• Investment sales or industrial sector experience preferred
