• Bachelor's in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, aeronautical, or other engineering
• 7+ years taking electro-mechanical or avionics products from design through certification and fielde
• 3+ years leading engineers who own a product line or vehicle
• Own product roadmap and customer requirements
• Manage aircraft data and configuration changes into production
