What you’d do

You’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of conventional and/or government lending guidelines
• Knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing
• Knowledge of federal real estate lending regulations
• Demonstrated organizational skills
