What you’d do

Set up and optimize injection molding processes across 60+ injection and LSR molding machines, troubleshooting defects, materials, tooling and equipment, and handling mold changes and start-ups. You’ll need

• 15+ years plastic injection molding experience, or 10 years with an associate degree in engineering
• Injection molding setup and process optimization
• Defect troubleshooting (flash, splay, burns, shorts)
• Read mechanical drawings (ANSI Y14.5, GD&T)
• Thermoplastics/LSR materials knowledge
