What you’d do

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems. You’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years maintaining commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Universal EPA Certification
• CMMS work order system experience
• Building Automation Systems (BAS) monitoring
