Customs Brokerage Specialist, ACT Destination Operations

What you’d do

Prepare and submit import documentation, classify tariffs, and track shipment clearance for cross-border freight. Handle escalations with forwarders and logistics partners while meeting daily and weekly accuracy targets. Full-time, 40 hours per week plus overtime as required. You’ll need

• Experience in international logistics or cross-border transportation
• Knowledge of U.S. Customs rules and regulations
• Accurate data entry and analysis experience
• Basic Excel skills (lookups, math and logical functions)
