• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a CAAHEP accredited Surgical Technician Program
• 1 year as a Surgical Technician or paid Surgical Technician intern at Keck Medicine of USC
• Aseptic technique and sterile processing knowledge
• 12 hour rotating shifts
