What you’d do
Develop production, qualification and characterization test programs for WLAN, BT and UWB system-on-chip devices on ATE, from design kick-off to production release. You’ll need
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience
- ATE experience (Advantest 93K/Exascale, Teradyne UFLEX preferred)
- Strong programming background (C++, Java, Visual Basic)
- RF/analog test development
