What you’d do

Lead and mentor a team of nine occupancy planners across the US and Latin America, and act as the main client contact for occupancy planning. You’ll need

• 5–7 years in occupancy planning, interior office planning, or corporate real estate data analytics
• Proven leadership of large, geographically distributed remote teams
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, advanced calculations)
• Experience with AI-powered analysis tools
• Strategic client relationship management
