What you’d do

Supervise day-to-day operations of a histology lab, including training and mentoring staff, scheduling coverage, monitoring workflow, resolving production errors, and maintaining quality control and assurance records. • Bachelor's in chemical or biological science, clinical lab science, or medical technology
• 6+ years as a histotechnician/histotechnologist
• 1+ year supervising or leading a team
• ASCP or AMT certification
