Manage New York State workers' compensation claims within set authority, including investigating compensability, filing FROI and SROI forms, setting reserves, authorizing medical payments, and instructing counsel for WC Board hearings. • Prior NYS workers' compensation claims adjusting experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Volunteer Firefighters, 207(a)/207(b) claims experience preferred
• Knowledge of NYS Medical Treatment Guidelines
• Exceptional telephone demeanor
