What you’d do

Oversee day-to-day claims handling across property, casualty, and builders risk lines, managing a team of Claims Associates. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in risk management, business, finance, or related preferred
• 7+ years multi-line commercial claims experience
• 2+ years managing or mentoring claims professionals
• Strong coaching and performance management skills
