What you’d do

Lead the Molecular Pharmacology team and in vitro pharmacology strategy across small molecule, large molecule, and parasitology discovery. Oversee assay design and development, guide lead optimization and candidate selection, and manage and develop a team of scientists in a full-time role. You’ll need

• Ph.D. in related scientific discipline with 12+ years industry experience
• Or M.S. with 15+ years relevant industry experience
• Small-molecule drug discovery experience
• Cell-based and biochemical assay expertise
• Demonstrated ownership of assay strategy and development
