• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or STEM
• 6+ years manufacturing or manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience with Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma
• 5+ years managing large-scale contract manufacturer relationships
