Test silicon semiconductor chips for internal and external customers, ensuring underperforming units aren't shipped. • Bachelor's in CS, Electrical Engineering or related
• 5-10 years related experience (or Master's with 3-5)
• 6+ years test program development on Advantest 93K ATE
• ATE test program development
