Dispute Intake Analyst

What you’d do

File dispute claims per bank policy and regulations, capturing account and transaction details for accurate case decisions. Maintain records of customer interactions, do initial risk assessments under UCC and Reg E/Z, and escalate complaint trends to leadership. Full time. You’ll need

• 1–3 years in disputes, fraud, or banking preferred
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of UCC and Reg E/Z regulations
