Phlebotomist II - Per Diem

What you’d do

Collect blood samples and perform routine and special phlebotomy procedures at Glenbrook Hospital. Order tests in lab and hospital computer systems, document specimen receipt, and follow requirements for each patient population. Part-time per diem schedule. You’ll need

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience
• CPR-BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from AHA required
• PBT (ASCP) certification preferred
• Phlebotomy training experience strongly preferred
