What you’d do

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems, and troubleshoot building equipment issues. You’ll need

• 2+ years technical experience in building engineering or facilities maintenance
• Hands-on commercial HVAC experience
• Experience with pumps, motors, air handlers, and controls
• CMMS technology
• Knowledge of safety codes and regulations
