What you’d do

You’ll need

• 1-2 years repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry experience
• 1-2 years property management or commercial high-rise experience
• Trade school, union training, military service or college experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• On-call or emergency response availability
