What you’d do

Hands-on plant role optimizing injection molding processes, troubleshooting quality and performance issues, reducing scrap, and driving continuous improvement alongside production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams. • Associate or technical degree or equivalent manufacturing experience
• Experience with hot runner systems
• Experience with Milacron, Engel, Fanuc Roboshot, or similar equipment
• Process audits, capability studies, and mold validation
