What you’d do

Support the Global Data Centers team on acquisitions, development projects and infrastructure transactions, managing deals through diligence, negotiation and closing. Negotiate colocation, powered-shell and build-to-suit leases, capacity reservation and connectivity contracts, and advise on post-acquisition construction and supply chain matters. You’ll need

• 6+ years of direct legal experience with data center providers, neo-clouds or hyperscalers
• Experience on infrastructure transactions
• Fluency in compute infrastructure and data center operations terms
• Knowledge of long-lead equipment, supply chain, power and utilities requirements
