What you’d do

Register patients at an outpatient care center, interviewing families to collect demographic and insurance information and verify coverage. You’ll need

• 1 year of experience in healthcare or related clerical, accounting, or customer service
• College degree
• 1 year of experience in registration
• Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR) or Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
