What you’d do

Coordinate and schedule thoracic surgical procedures, pre-op testing, and post-op appointments, obtain insurance authorizations and referrals, and serve as the main contact for patients and families. You’ll need

• Previous medical office or healthcare setting experience
• Strong surgical scheduling experience
• Knowledge of insurance authorization and referrals
• Epic and Patient Gateway
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
