What you’d do

Develop estimates, bid packages, and take-offs for commercial construction projects, lead vendor strategy and bid leveling with the Project Manager, and hand off the baseline to the Construction Manager at move-to-construction. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related
• 7+ years in commercial preconstruction, estimating, or bid packaging
• Experience with lump-sum and GMP work
• Hands-on estimating experience
• Estimating and takeoff software (e.g., COSTX or equivalent)
