You’ll need

• 7+ years in mission-critical data center, general construction, or heavy MEP systems construction
• Experience leading construction project teams
• Accountability for scope, schedule, and execution
• Contract negotiation with GCs, subcontractors, and vendors
• Budget, forecast, and cost control management
