What you’d do

Manage end-to-end operations at a last-mile delivery station, covering inbound, sort, stage, and dispatch across multiple shifts. Lead 50 to 100+ associates, including Area Managers, and drive on-time delivery, cost, and safety metrics. Requires a flexible schedule with weekends, nights, and holidays. You’ll need

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon blue badge/FTE experience
