What you’d do

Support a Licensed Threshold Inspector on new construction projects, inspecting structural systems such as pile caps, foundations, columns, shear walls, and post-tensioned slabs and beams. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in civil engineering or related field, or licensed Building Inspector
• 4+ years of structural, special, or threshold inspection experience
• Post-tensioned slabs and beams experience
• Familiarity with Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade requirements
• Valid driver's license and local tri-county travel
