Prepare investment sales, financing, and equity advisory packages for commercial real estate deals, including market research, financial modeling, and executive summaries. • 2-6 years in mortgage or commercial real estate
• 3+ years of Argus experience
• Experience overseeing a sales process execution
• Microsoft Excel financial modeling
• Strong writing and communication skills
